June 2025I was here, running a 2 day meeting. I wasn’t involved in the booking. The meeting room set up (Kennnet & Avon) was excellent; plenty of space and natural light. The high point though, was the service. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. Rishi, the Conference Manager, in particular, couldn’t do enough for us. Unusually for these days, tent cards, pens, pads, branded water and cordials were laid out on the tables. This was appreciated. We even had scones, jam and cream for our afternoon breaks! The only let down was the coffee. It lacked body and was weak and tasteless. I’m sure this will be addressed. Highly recommended!
