The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and restaurants. I especially loved the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. The amenities were top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and memorable stay!

December 2024Extremely well priced and well located hotel. Although the hotel operating model is one of no reception or house desk after bar closing hours, the rooms are decent size and the late night entrance arrangements were clearly explained by the front of house (Australian accent I think). Also the shower was a double walk-in set up with good water pressure. Despite having its own bar and music venue during the evening, the solid construction and sound proofing of the hotel floors completely baffles any sound from below. The hotel is totally quiet and even no noticable road noise. I have used this venue twice now as a convenient town centre hotel for my own Christmas social arrangements and both visits have been consistently good. I didn't use the bar or eating facilities so I can't comment. I have given 4* for service as the model works for me but the model is minimal on site service.
