For a hotel costing less than £100 a night my husband and I are very impressed. All the little things like complimentary breakfast bag to go, complimentary water, even a complimentary beer! Air conditioning works really well , hot water works really well. Now knowing they are ped-friendly we need to come back with our fur baby

I'm a regular visitor here for stays with work. Rooms are nicely done out and breakfast bag is sufficient for what I need. Location is great in central Reading. Can be a little noisy from the bar below if you're on a lower floor but it quietens down later on and has not affected my sleep.

Rooms pleasantly decorated and comfy, with nice shower facilities. But when I stayed in Room 3 I was kept up all night by a loud banging against the outside of the building. Upon feeding this back to staff in the morning I did get an apology - but not before they grinned at me and said 'they were aware of the issue'. That isn't good enough, I'm afraid and will avoid staying in future.
