You will also have use of the pre-function area (see above, subject to event and only exclusive subject to other sections of City Suite).

April 2025Stayed with work for 1 night, the location was brilliant right in the centre of Sheffield and walking distance to anywhere! The room was a decent size and very clean, bathroom was adequate and had a very powerful walk in shower. Only slight issue I had was my tv wasn’t working but only a minor issue for myself.

March 2025Spent one night here and I wasn’t impressed. The bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress and I ended up folding the duvet cover in half to sleep on an extra layer. There was a light flashing above my head on the ceiling so was awake from 3am. The pool is tired and one of the steam rooms was out of order. There is paint coming off the walls in the sauna area. The staff were helpful on checking in and the location is perfect for those wanting to be in the centre. Next time I’ll save a bit of money and stay at a Premier Inn where the beds are super comfy.

April 2025Such a disappointment room was basic unlike pictures dusty in need of redecorating and no windows to open not even a small one and air con wasn't cool enough had to ask for a fan, tv remote tapped up no movies or music on TV just basic channels bath was barely warm pillows were cheap rubbish really disappointing especially for the cost. Couldn't use spa facilities closed and then busy. The bar was good guys were really friendly and helpful good selection of drinks and food was great too.

May 2025We have booked for 5 people in a spa day the pool is full of children the place needs a full revamp .The smell is putrid around the swimming area. I would certainly never come back here.The lifts don't work .We never got a code to open the spa facilities. Nobody showed us around. We are having to climb five sets of stairs to get to the bar. Absolutely disgusting place worst spa i have ever been to.No water facilities and the sauna has skin on the ceiling never been cleaned .
