Mercure St Pauls Hotel & Spa, Meeting Room 5

I stayed at Mercure Sheffield St Paul’s for almost two weeks during a sports camp and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are very comfortable, with cozy beds and a lovely spa. Special thanks go to Mrs. Renata, the best waitress I have ever met – always warm, professional, attentive, and truly passionate about her work. She made my stay unforgettable. I would also like to thank Mrs. Eli, the breakfast manager, and Sayed for their kindness and hospitality. Thanks to such amazing staff, I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel! First time experience at mecure Sheffield. Enjoyed a swim and the use of spa facilities then a wonderful 50 minute treatment ( Facial) by Lydia, she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

We visited the Spa for a massage and afternoon tea. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The facilities are all available but could do with a little repair. Such as doors not shuting properly on steam rooms and corner trims loose. The pool is cool but a good size. The layout is a little disjointed and not the normal pool and rooms around, the treatment rooms are on the next level up. Treatments are very good I was very impressed with the standard. Lucy was my masseuse and she was very good. Disabled access is limited and not possible in the spa. Location is right in the centre of Sheffield and they have agreements with two multi store car parks. Afternoon was very nice and good range of standard sandwiches and cakes.
