Loved our stay. we had a great night out, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the safe, which they tried their best to help. They offered to keep our valuables in the reception safe. When we left, I realized they had charged my card £50, when I called up, they realized it was a mistake on their part and refunded it straight away. I have always enjoyed our stay in this mecure and will use them every time im in the area.

I got to the hotel to find happy and polite smiling faces doing their jobs well giving all the info I could've needed. Then to get to my room and find flowers and gifts that my girlfriend arranged to be put in there with the staffs help on reception and housekeeping. Appreciate you helping her and in all we both had the biggest smiles aided by your staff. Fantastic. Thank you xx

Excellent service. All staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Resteraunt portion sizes are massive by comparison to many hotels and the food is really good. Good selection of beers in the bar.

As above. I stayed two nights on the Friday we had two continental breakfasts sent to room. The Saturday we was going to have one continental and one full English sent to room. When we woke, I went to reception to ask if I could have the breakfast in the dining room as we had family staying at the hotel and had decided after the order had gone in, to meet them in the morning for breakfast. The girl on reception said to speak to the team in the dining room. I did just that and she confirmed that they hadn't started preparing and would cancel it. Our friend, then paid for his, mine and my breakfast when we ordered in the dining room. I should have £15 refunded, and despite complaining at point if check out and again the next morning when the card had been debited of £34.90, no one has ever come back to me.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an entire week for a business project. Despite showing a valid invoice clearly proving my stay, the parking system still charged me a two-day penalty. I wasted valuable time trying to resolve this issue, but the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to fix the mistake. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering I was a paying guest for the full week. Due to this poor service, neither I nor my team will be staying here for our upcoming year-long project. We will be choosing a hotel that values its guests and treats them with the respect they deserve.
