Reception
If you are planning a small and intimate celebration, our cosy Green room is available for up to 18 guests. Alternatively we have Ingram’s room for up to 34 seated guests also with access to a private courtyard.
Our luxurious fully dressed marquee is also available for up to 150 guests, this is the perfect area for larger weddings or evening celebrations.
Our experienced wedding coordinator will work with you to create your dream day along with our Award winning chef, Chris Lee. We offer a wide range of delicious menu options, whether it be a set menu or a more informal barbecue option, we cater for all tastes.

Beautiful location and building. Very clean and comfy rooms with all the amenities. The food was stunning and the entire team were friendly and helpful, from reception to bar to housekeeping, they were all helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Found a gem in the Crown! We discovered this restaurant in Bildeston by accident when visiting the nearby Nedging Hall Barn for an event. The food was superb - better than the photos! The staff were welcoming too. I will be going back and would definitely recommend. (I’ve not rated the rooms as we weren’t staying in the accommodation but if the food is anything to go by, expectations are high.)

We stayed on Sunday with our dog. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable 4 post bed. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food is excellent, especially the quail scotch eggs and of course the Sunday roast beef. Breakfast the next morning was equally delicious with good quality ingredients. We'll definitely go back again.

We had an evening meal and stayed the night. Check in and the rooms were lovely, really clean rooms, very comfortable and warm, great staff and no problem with being an hour early. We went to the bar in the afternoon which was OK but spoiled a bit by some loud shouty gents in one bar and some unruly screaming kids in the other bar. Not the hotels fault, but it happened. The evening meal was delicious, really really good. And service was excellent. The dining room is lovely, old fashioned as you would expect. Unfortunately again the meal was spoiled by a loud table close to us, drunken people showing off, they spoiled the evening for more tables than us. Breakfast was great, served efficiently and we enjoyed it
