Location was great, room were spacious & clean. But what made me to share this review is the service, it was top of the line. Everyone was approachable, kind and helpful. S/O to Mr. Ken and staffs from spa services & 1907 restaurant crew. Kudos to everyone. We had an amazing stay!

Great service throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel, clean, bright and modern. Bedroom and bathroom both very luxurious. Plenty of car parking. The hotel has no garden/grounds but a view of Brooklands track. Larger rooms on upper floors have balconies. Food, including breakfast, was only average quality.

I had such a great stay at Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge. From the moment I booked, everything was quick and smooth, and the staff at check-in were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful modern, clean, and really well looked after. My room was spacious and had an amazing view overlooking the Mercedes-Benz World track, which was such a cool and unexpected bonus. If you’re into cars or just enjoy something a bit different, it definitely adds to the experience. The real highlight for me, though, was the spa. I booked in for a facial and massage, and honestly, it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Mia, my therapist, was absolutely incredible, so professional, warm, and genuinely caring. She made me feel completely relaxed and tailored everything to exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and completely looked after. She really made the experience special, and I can’t thank her enough. All in all, Brooklands is a brilliant place to unwind. Great staff, lovely rooms, and if you get the chance, book a treatment with Mia.

Really enjoyed a one night stay here with friends for the ‘Girls Night In’ package which was incredible value and really exceeded our expectations. We had a huge suite with an interconnecting room for the four of us and an amazing massive balcony overlooking the race track and we got to spend a few hours in the spa with a lovely treatment included too. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A few little niggles that only just prevent a 5 star review - spa was very busy so it’s a bit of a bum fight at times for spa rooms/the hot tub and changing rooms are small with no cubicles, room service arrived pretty cold and the scrambled egg at breakfast was awful, definitely from powder mix (which is obviously a very minor point but such a shame as the rest of the food offering was brilliant so it just cheapened the hotel!). Overall, we were impressed, really enjoyed our stay and would return for the same package again.

Stayed at Brooklands recently and overall had a lovely time. The hotel itself is really nice, rooms are a great size, clean, and comfortable. The food was honestly a standout. Genuinely impressed with every meal we had, from dinner to breakfast. The only letdown for me was the spa. When we went, it felt quite busy and a bit underwhelming. It’s one of those setups where things are quite spread out, so it gives the illusion there’s a lot on offer, but in reality, there isn’t that much. The outdoor jacuzzi is definitely the highlight, but it’s quite small. We were in there with one other couple and if anyone else had joined, it would’ve felt crowded fast. They also have a salt room, but it felt like a regular room with chairs, didn’t have that proper salt-room feel I’ve experienced elsewhere. There’s also a room that mimics sunlight and produces vitamin D, which is a great idea, but only one was working when we visited, and that was already in use. Couple of small niggles in the room too, no body lotion, which was odd. Even budget hotels usually have a pump or small bottle. And if you forget your toothbrush, you’ll need to buy one for £3 at reception, which feels a bit tight given the standard of the hotel.
