A true hidden gem! I was blown away with the vast amount of activities and space this hotel has I stayed for business and pleasure taking full advantage of the spa, treatments, driving range and multiple food establishments. One of the stand out moments for me was attending an art class with wine! It was so relaxing and a nice change from the normal. Highly recommended and great for kids too with outdoor play areas, creche, pools and a lovely all round vibe.

I stayed in room 45 and it was amazing. My room was on the ground floor which was really convenient. Everything is so accessible there like the pool, the health spa, and the restaurants. The grounds are beautiful too. The staff are absolutely amazing, they all go the extra mile to make things even more special for you. The ladies at the reception at lovely, a shout-out to Liberty who was so nice to my friend when her car tyre was punctured. Olivia at the reception handled my luggage during checkout so well too. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It really felt like a holiday abroad but it was in UK. The views are breathtaking. The dinner at the Nineteen was amazing, all the food was of high quality. The breakfast was really good too, you have a lot of choices. All in all a really good stay. I will definitely be returning back for another stay soon. My only regret is that I booked for 1 night lol. I will be returning for 2 nights next time.

I’ve been a member here and honestly, the gym is excellent — spacious, modern equipment, and never too crowded. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The whole place is well run, from the fitness classes to the spa and golf. Worth it if you’re looking for quality and consistency.

Has all the makings to be a truly wonderful getaway from Londo , but unfortunately a lot is amiss. Being a guest here carries no weight versus being a member. Priority is given to members over and above and it’s made abundantly obvious. Check in is at 2pm, check out is at 11pm. Paying guests (£400 a night) doesn’t even get you 24 hours as you aren’t allowed to use the facilities after check out - first hotel that charges you on top of your nights stay simply to use the facilities you’ve already paid for! Service was lacking, orders took forever, or were incorrect. The residents pool had a distant lack of towels and bathrooms. Staff seemed unwilling to go out of their way to accommodate requests - with the exception of the person who was incredibly kind and went out of his way for our evening meal on Saturday, as we wanted to sit outside and even though this was not technically allowed, he was great at accommodating us. Once again, this has all the makings to be a really great hotel, but unfortunately as paying guests we felt sidelined the entire weekend. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean and spacious and the food was very good.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay, especially considering the amount of money spent to celebrate two birthdays. The experience fell far below expectations. Our rooms were not ready upon arrival, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. When we were finally able to dine, one of our dishes the was served still frozen—completely unacceptable for any standard, let alone a special occasion. Even more concerning was the lack of basic security. Our room door did not lock properly, which made us feel unsafe the entire time. For the price paid, we expected a far better experience. This was only a few of the things that went wrong during our one night stay . Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property
