Foxhills is a fine establishment with well thought out rooms and grounds. It's an impressively curated place with a stunning acumen of golf courses, swimming pools, restaurants and unlimited activities. It was my first stay with my partner whose bearthday it was. The staff are incredible. The first person we met as we checked in was the lovely Olivia. The Fox restaurant has a fantastic value in one of their manager's Reynold. His attention to detail and his incredible customer service was a joy. The staff are impressive. The food was a gastronomic experience. We enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

Stayed at Foxhillls between Friday and Sunday in Lyne House. As a wheelchair user I booked an accessible room. On arrival I found there is a step into the reception. It needed a member of staff to come out and put a ramp down to give me access. This had to happen everytime I needed to access the main entrance. Once we arrived in the room it was not an accessible room. I contacted reception who tried to find an avaliable room. Unfortunately none were available which were large enough to accommodate a family of 4. So we had to stay put. This meant I was unable to shower all weekend due to the large step into the shower. The venue itself is excellent and well maintained. all the staff were friendly and tried to assist me. The food at nineteen was very good as was the breakfast in the Fox Dining Rooms. There are a number of accessible rooms in Lyne House, however it should be noted to get to the building there is a very steep slope and the doors to the building are very heavy, too heavy for a wheelchair user. If you are a family or a couple with no mobility issues, you will have a wonderful stay, in a lovely room in stunning surroundings. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. However, if you have mobility issues or are in a wheelchair, I do not recommend this venue. Large areas are cobbled which is uncomfortable. Having to wait every morning for a ramp (that collapsed on me twice) and once in the rain is not a fun experience and potentially dangerous. The doors into Lyne House are so heavy I could not access the building alone. Not being able to shower, nearly falling of the ramp and having to be escorted to access my room wasn't what I expected for £800.
