June 2025I often travel between Asia and the USA, with Europe being the layover. I have been in France, Germany, but I like the UK the best. The hotel on the grounds of the airport is very convenient. Staff is nice, There are three different restaurants and an open bar area. It was my first time there, and I enjoyed it.

May 2025Sophie (on Reception) was brilliant - although we arrived before normal check-in time (the incoming flight was early), she found us a delightful room, close to the Executive Lounge, so that we could catch up on some sleep. Both Ana and Maria (in the Exec Lounge) were charming - friendly and helpful. We received five star service all round.

April 2025This was the perfect place for us. The rooms are cosy and well furnished. The location is perfect for the airport and a good place for layover or if you want a relaxing and quiet place within the airport. Just be aware that there are many rooms and you might get lost as you look for your room. Overall its a good hotel

May 2025Have stayed here before and already knew it was very convenient to the airport. Also know the great breakfast you get but on this occasion we were leaving at 4am and could not take advantage, however a breakfast bag was offered. We arrived in the morning around 9.30am and had booked an executive room as we had no real plans to fill the day. We were very grateful they allowed us to check in early and could visit the lounge for a snack, although the breakfast offering was not outstanding. Our room was comfortable and modern, albeit quite a trek from reception, very importantly the air conditioning worked well. We had a little sleep and went back to the lounge for a coffee and were welcomed. After a shower and getting organised we went back for happy hour, a couple of drinks and snack, just what we needed before an early night. Would always choose this hotel for value and convenience.
