We got off our cruise, but didn’t leave Gatwick till the next day. This was the perfect and affordable overnight hotel! Lots of food options, and right next to the trains. We went into London, took us about an hour, but super easy to navigate! Staff was very friendly. It’s not super fancy, but it was clean and comfy! We would definitely stay again of we needed a close airport hotel!

Sorry for the late review. I stayed at the Hilton Gatwick due to a late flight arrival, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is perfectly located for travelers, offering quick and easy access from the airport. The staff were Welcoming at corridor efficient, and I would like to give special recognition to my room attendant, Bijey who was their on my room after i returned back for the sleep.The room was immaculately prepared, spotless, and extremely comfortable thanks to his attention to detail. After a long day of travel, it was exactly what I needed. The quiet, comfortable room ensured a restful night’s sleep, and I will not hesitate to choose the Hilton Gatwick again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking convenience paired with excellent service. Thanks Hilton and Team.

Very clean welcoming hotel. The rooms spacious and had great amenities. They were a bit bland and a pop of colour would have made them a lot nicer. The rooms were clean and very quiet. The walk from t he terminal to the hotel is further than I thought and went through the car park. It was a bit daunting on my own early morning.

A large hotel within walking distance of gatwick once you figure out how to find it (it’s In the car park of the south terminal from memory). Very busy with a large bar and dining section. I only stayed overnight but my thoughts are Pros - the most comfortable room and bedding I’ve had in a hotel in a while. They have a gym which is a pro and has quite a few machines for an airport hotel, however at around 6 people it starts to feel too busy unless you are all on the machines and not doing free weights. Appreciated relatively late checkout of 12pm. Cons - one of the elevators was not working so made the process of getting to ones room a little slow. Would recommend and would stay again. Has definitely made me a fan of hiltons generally though

So the room was nice, and a lot of the staff were. Docking one star due to the rude interaction with one staff member. My husband called from the room asking if they had an adapter he could use, the woman on the other end said yes but to come down to the lobby to get it. We went down to the lobby, saw a group of 3 guys by one end and a woman on the other, so we started walking towards her since he had spoken to a woman on the phone. My husband noticed her roll her eyes as we walked over. He then said he just called on the phone about an adapter, and she told him they were all in use at the moment and we could go to the south terminal and purchase one. We just had a long day of travel so we headed back to the room, but stopped by the executive lounge and found two lovely ladies there who got us an adapter no issue. Sincerely believe my husband and I didn't look like the first woman's idea of a diamond member and got treated accordingly. We also had a very poor interaction at the sports bar, but I'll leave that to its own review. The room was nice, executive lounge nice, guy who checked us in and out very kind, along with the lounge women and staff we saw in the hallways. P.S. the breakfast was good but there was some weird squeeking and high pitched (like that high electrical frequency you can hear) sound the whole time coming from the kitchens. Also, the executive lounge coffee machine was soooo good
