Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the reservation date will receive a full deposit refund. A fee will apply to cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to the reservation date equal to 25% of the minimum spend. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable.We require £250.00 to secure the date then the remaining amount paid 4 weeks before the booking date. Any cancellations made 4 weeks before the booking will receive the full deposit refunded.

    Service at counter very slow, no acknowledgement or eye contact. Tables very untidy and many occupied by singles on laptops nursing one drink. Looking at similar reviews I wonder who owns and manages this business. It used to be very good but my last two visits have been disappointing.

    Turkish eggs were 90% greek yoghurt, no flavour at all (bland pitta, bland eggs, plain yoghurt, bland spinach). Also served in a bowl, which meant the pitta was impossible to cut without the bowl swinging all over the place.
