Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Here’s how our cancellation charges work, based on how much notice you give us: Less than 7 days before your event – 100% of the total hire fee 8–30 days before – 80% 31–60 days before – 60% 61–100 days before – 40% 101–180 days before – 20% If you cancel a room hire booking, the hire fee is non-refundable. However, if we’re able to rebook the space for the same date, we’ll happily refund up to 50% of what you paid. We’ll always do our best to help if your plans change, just keep us in the loop.

I recently hosted a birthday party at no4 Studios and I had a wonderful experience! The ambiance was stylish and cozy, making it a perfect backdrop for photos and celebration. The hosts Kris and Maryna were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs throughout the event. The space and layout of venue are very well designed to satisfy everyone. I also appreciated the flexibility in allowing us to personalize the space with our decorations and music. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this venue for special gatherings and occasions.

No4 Studios was the perfect venue for my birthday celebrations. We were able to make our own catering and drinks arrangements, making it an affordable event for 35 family and friends. The space is bright and modern, with a long table and chairs, along with a relaxed seating area too. Kris was the perfect host. All details leading up to the day handled professionally and timely, but it was on the day that he and his team excelled. Their attentive and friendly help made the event relaxed and everything ran smoothly. I would recommend this venue, without hesitation if you are looking for a place in Swindon

No4. Studios was a brilliant venue to hold a Bridal Shower, all the guests commented on how great the space was. Set up was a breeze and everything was explained well beforehand. The space itself (as well as their beautiful new toilets) was very clean and had everything we needed. Kris was available throughout the party and the photos he took were absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be using No.4 Studios for our next gathering in Swindon! Thank you!
