Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Here’s how our cancellation charges work, based on how much notice you give us: Less than 7 days before your event – 100% of the total hire fee 8–30 days before – 80% 31–60 days before – 60% 61–100 days before – 40% 101–180 days before – 20% If you cancel a room hire booking, the hire fee is non-refundable. However, if we’re able to rebook the space for the same date, we’ll happily refund up to 50% of what you paid. We’ll always do our best to help if your plans change, just keep us in the loop.

January 2025A nice and clean venue! It had all the equipment we needed and setting everything up was easy. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. The lighting and atmosphere were perfect and Kris was friendly and helpful.

April 2025I hosted my 30th Birthday Party here last Friday, and had an amazing experience from booking the venue to the event being over. Kris was great at communication and getting any outstanding questions answered ahead of the party, and kindly let us in earlier in the day to set up as there wasn’t another event on. The venue itself was fantastic- really spacious and plenty of room for all types of events. The bar staff were fantastic and drinks were so well priced. All in all I had the best time and can’t thank Kris and the team enough. Thank you everyone at No.4!

The venue is a truly unique and stylish space, with a spacious, open layout that’s perfect for celebrating special occasions. It’s equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable evening. The lighting created an incredible ambience, setting the perfect tone for the night. The large space easily accommodated our DJ, allowing everyone to hit the dance floor and enjoy themselves. A heartfelt thanks to Kris, the host, who was outstanding from start to finish.
