The Arena at Statfold Country Park is a unique event destination offering five distinctive spaces, each designed to accommodate a wide range of occasions, from corporate conferences and exhibitions to gala dinners, weddings, private celebrations and community events.
At the heart of the venue is The Arena, an impressive events space capable of hosting over 700 guests, providing a versatile blank canvas that can be transformed to suit events of every scale and style.
Alongside this is the Museum Hall, a characterful setting rich in heritage, ideal for receptions, dinners and more intimate celebrations.
The Strawberry Suite offers a flexible space for up to 200 guests, conveniently located adjacent to The Arena, making it ideal for smaller meetings, celebrations and breakout events.
The venue is also home to a beautifully restored National Fairground Museum, creating a truly memorable backdrop unlike any other, while acres of surrounding outdoor space provide endless possibilities for marquee events, festivals, team-building activities and bespoke outdoor experiences.
The Arena, Museum Hall and The National Fairground Museum each benefit from their own fully equipped commercial kitchen and licensed bar, with the Strawberry Suite being seamlessly serviced from The Arena's catering facilities.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to our events team. The following cancellation charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total contracted fee: - More than 6 months prior to the Event Date: No additional charges apply, but the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded. - 3 to 6 months prior to the Event Date: A cancellation charge of 50% will apply. - 1 to 3 months prior to the Event Date: A cancellation charge of 75% will apply. - Less than 1 month prior to the Event Date: A cancellation charge of 100% will apply. We strongly recommend that all clients take out appropriate event cancellation insurance at the time of booking. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond your control that prevent your event from taking place. In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel your booking due to circumstances within our control, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund of all monies paid or an alternative date at no additional cost.
