Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Good heating and facilities, and plenty secure parking. EV charging points would be a great addition. Recommend a stay.

Very grand hotel, price good for such a grand place. Staff were very good, it was busy with a large show at the NEC. The restaurant is "Pierre Marco White" branded. Seems to be a way to charge high prices! I had the chicken & leak pie, unfortunately the chicken was all the greasy bits from under the bird, rather poor I thought. Sauce and pastry were good. Comes with only peas, reverting else would cost extra! It was enough for us. We were asked if we wanted water. A bottle was brought and snapped open as it was put down, we didn't need it but had £5.50 on the bill for it. After questioning this, it was removed from the bill. Very nice stay but expensive restaurant.

Basic best western hotel. Temper your expectations and you’ll be ok. It’s just a classic hit and miss British hotel. Sounds like best to make sure to use the secure… car park at the back of the hotel. Just make sure to memorise the key code. Cooked breakfast Also average.

The room was spacious and clean. The two young ladies who brought my room service were super kind. However the front desk staff was appalling, when I checked in it was 100£ more than what was quoted on the website, they said it was hotel fees but when I checked the website hotel fees were only supposed to be 76£, and when I asked for clarification they disregarded me entirely. Upon checking in I was informed i was upgraded to a deluxe room complimentary, however when I called down to request the free fruit and soft drink I was told that because I had booked and executive and they were kind enough to upgrade me that I couldn’t use that amenity, after pushing and asking what the logic behind that was I finally got my fruit and drink. Like seriously have you ever been upgraded to first class on a flight and been told you still have to eat economy food?? Even though the rooms are clean the staff would make me say give this place a miss.
