Staff are very nice and welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms can be a little dated, it depends where about you are staying in the hotel. Rooms have always been clean, however some attention to detail is needed in the corners as there can be hidden guests. Amenities are useful, location is perfect for work needs.

We attended the wedding on Thursday was lovely,the service was good, the rooms and venue was lovely. The staff were friendly and very welcoming Just the wedding room on the first floor for some elderly people with mobility issue was difficult to go up and down as there was no lift apart from that was very good experience

We stayed for one night to attend a show at the NEC I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Check in was quick and efficient Reception area is lovely our room was in need of an update but clean and did it's job. Nice touch of a fan in the room as it was quite hot. Nice terrace for drinks and olives in the sunshine once we had put our bags in our room I would return if in the area in future.

First we were put into the wrong room and I had to complain, then there was no tray of treats that was ment to be in the room, again I had to complain. There was no extra pillows that I requested at the time of booking and again had to complain, I was fed up complaining. I ordered Sirloin stake and received what looked like a burnt minute stake it was so small and thin I had to ask the waitress to go and ask the chef what it was and was told it was Sirloin, no way was that a Sirloin, my wife's food was no better,I was even asked as soon as we were finished to pay for the bread we had waiting for our starter and also for the extra money to upgrade to the crap stake, it was a total disaster from check in to leaving. I do not recommend this hotel and a total waist of money and a disaster start to our holiday and so bad that I cancelled out holiday return hotel as we were disgusted with this one. I hope the hotel management see this review and would be interested in there comments regarding this.

STOLEN ITEMS FROM CAR!! I stayed here as part of a hotel / airport parking package. The one night hotel stay went okay and I left my vehicle in the front car park whilst I went abroad. The car was parked circa. 20m from the front door of the hotel. I returned from holiday to find my vehicle had been broken into and items had been STOLEN from it. The hotel’s response was very poor — CCTV was inconclusive, the car park is open access and not monitored, and they refused any responsibility. Guests should be made clearly aware upon arrival that security is minimal and that safer parking options exist. We were not informed of the gated car park until after the incident occurred. I left extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.
