What’s included in the venue hire price?

Hire gives you exclusive use of The Dome, including furnishings (round tables, chairs, relaxed seating) and basic AV (sound and lighting). Our events team will set and support the room to your brief.

Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

All catering is in-house, with a dedicated bar and menus from buffets to formal dinners. Outside catering isn’t permitted.

Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Yes, banners, gobos, and themed décor are welcome. For large-scale branding or complex builds, please discuss in advance for safety and feasibility.

Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The venue is fully accessible with extensive on-site parking. We’re near major road links outside Coventry; Berkswell rail station is about 10 minutes away.

What is the venue’s pricing structure e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options?

The Dome typically runs on a minimum spend model, e.g. around £500—fully redeemable against food and drink. There’s no separate dry-hire fee when the minimum is met.

Went for Sunday dinner absolutely brilliant, great service in which you felt actually wanted, the food was beautiful as well a big portion. All was very fair price wise drinks and food with well kept draught beer. Outside there are plenty of things to entertain children and at no extra cost ( bouncy castle, fun house etc) I highly recommend anyone to try this place and wish to thank all the staff for the lovely evening

An enjoyable evening, thank you. Great venue in pretty surroundings. Food was good. Good sound system in the function room. A few more bar staff to avoid the inevitable queues at the beginning would have been appreciated.

Had another great visit to The Quicken Tree in Coventry. It was during the heatwave but the air con made it really comfortable inside. The food was really good and the service was excellent. It’s a lovely, spacious place, perfect for kids to run around. I’ve been a few times before and brought some friends this time , they all really enjoyed it too. Always a great spot for a relaxed meal out.
