Q: What’s included in the venue hire price?

You’ll have exclusive access to the marquee and surrounding event lawn, including linings, lighting, banquet tables and chairs, and a basic PA for speeches or music. Our events team will support setup and coordination.

Q: Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Catering is fully in-house, from BBQs and hog roasts to plated dinners, with a fully stocked bar. External catering isn’t permitted.

Q: Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

The marquee is a blank canvas for drapery, banners and props. For complex builds or rigging, please speak to us in advance so we can assist.

Q: Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The marquee is ground-level and wheelchair accessible, with plenty of nearby parking. We’re close to the M6/M69 near Coventry; taxis and coaches can be arranged if needed.

Q: What is the venue’s pricing structure e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options?

We price per guest (typically from around £50 per person, depending on menu) covering marquee hire and catering. There’s no separate dry-hire fee or bar minimum.

Great event. The food was good, the show was amazing. Slightly let down by having not night staff on the bar or table service. Drinks prices are inflated by about 20% from the bar to the venue room which is just wrong.

My sister and I came with her 3 grandchildren ages 7-12yrs We had a great time, lots of games to play, Santa and Staff were so helpful and fun.

We hired the dining dome last night for our daughters 14th Birtday and what a great night it was. The team of staff couldn’t do enough for us, the lovely hostess Maddie who was tasked with looking after 12 teenagers did an amazing job, going out of her way to take photos of them all and making sure they were all having a great time. Everyone worked extenely hard all night and all witth big smiles on their faces. Thank you to each and every one of you. Mr Heart of England, you have a great team there. Also, a big thank you to Nim who suggested the dining dome, Macy absolutely loved it. Cheryl, Mark and Macy x

The Most Magical Day at the Heart of England! From the very first meeting to the final moments of our wedding day, Nim was nothing short of incredible. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and genuine care made the whole journey so special. She truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, Nim you are an absolute star and such an asset to the team! A huge thank you also to Erika, who was such a huge support on the day itself everything ran so smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated and caring team around us. The venue looked absolutely breathtaking the Heart of England team worked wonders with all the lighting and extras we had requested. Our reception party looked like something straight out of a movie! The transition from canapés to the evening reception was seamless, and every single space looked stunning. The beautiful grounds created the perfect backdrop for our guests and made our day feel truly magical. We honestly can’t thank Nim, Erika, and the entire team enough for making our wedding day unforgettable. You brought our dreams to life, and we can’t wait to return for our next event!
