I recently stayed with 3 of my children for quite a long time, 3 weeks. I was anxious about having 3 very spirited, loud and mischievous girls with me, but never were we made to feel like they were a problem. Paul, Oana, and Reji made us feel so welcome and couldn't have helped us more. Offering advice, guidance and even helping me with the children at points. Breakfast staff were wonderful but absolutely outshined by dinner time staff, Katie took care of us so well, accommodated my girls and they absolutely loved her. Housekeeping, were quite timid in the sense, they didn't really like to move anything around too much, but the beddings were changed and we got clean towels and a hoover, which is all we could ask for really. Every person we came across were truly lovely, it made my stay so much easier even on the harder days. I am grateful they took care of us so well for those 3 weeks, it sounds cliche saying they go above and beyond, but they really did. Id be happy to go back anytime! Thank you all for taking such good care of us. Hopefully be back for dinner!
