Wilmslow Conference Centre is a purpose-built meeting and events facility at Total Fitness Wilmslow on the Handforth Bypass, offering four flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, training sessions, parties, and networking events, with free on-site parking and a genuinely unusual delegate benefit — a complimentary day pass to the full Total Fitness facility for every attendee.

The venue is tailored to make events run smoothly from start to finish, with a dedicated events team on hand to support every booking. Spaces range from the large, fully equipped Platinum Suite for events up to 150 guests through to three well-appointed meeting rooms for smaller groups. All four rooms have built-in AV, Wi-Fi, and refreshment facilities, and the building benefits from step-free access throughout.

Every delegate attending an event at Wilmslow Conference Centre receives a complimentary pass to Total Fitness Wilmslow, giving access to the extensive gym floor, three pools, and heat treatment facilities. The Bronze Room is a versatile open meeting space at Wilmslow Conference Centre, with a built-in bar area and capacity for up to 40 in boardroom or standing layout, or 30 in theatre, cabaret, and classroom formats.

The room is a practical, open space well suited to meetings, training sessions, workshops, and conferences where the group needs a flexible setup without a lot of fixed furniture. A TV screen, flipchart, and Wi-Fi are included, and a built-in bar area makes it easy to keep delegates refreshed. All attendees receive a complimentary Total Fitness day pass, and free on-site parking is available.
