Wilmslow Conference Centre is a purpose-built meeting and events facility at Total Fitness Wilmslow on the Handforth Bypass, offering four flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, training sessions, parties, and networking events, with free on-site parking and a genuinely unusual delegate benefit — a complimentary day pass to the full Total Fitness facility for every attendee.

The venue is tailored to make events run smoothly from start to finish, with a dedicated events team on hand to support every booking. Spaces range from the large, fully equipped Platinum Suite for events up to 150 guests through to three well-appointed meeting rooms for smaller groups. All four rooms have built-in AV, Wi-Fi, and refreshment facilities, and the building benefits from step-free access throughout.

Every delegate attending an event at Wilmslow Conference Centre receives a complimentary pass to Total Fitness Wilmslow, giving access to the extensive gym floor, three pools, and heat treatment facilities. It is a practical and genuinely welcome addition for delegates travelling from further afield or looking to make the most of a day out of the office.

The venue is well connected by road with direct access from the A34, and Handforth train station is a short distance away. Free on-site parking is available for all delegates.

The Gold Room is a well-equipped meeting and conference space at Wilmslow Conference Centre, with a 4K projector and screen, built-in sound system, microphones, and access to an outdoor patio area. Capacity is up to 40 in theatre or standing layout, or 30 boardroom.

The room is suited to conferences, networking events, presentations, and training sessions that need a proper AV setup without the scale of the Platinum Suite. The 4K projector, lectern, and flipchart are all included, and the outdoor patio gives delegates a space to step out during breaks. All attendees receive a complimentary Total Fitness day pass, and free on-site parking is available for all.
