About Venue
Asahi House is situated in the center of Woking with excellent links to public transport and easy access to M3 & M25. Included within the space are:
- 1 x large conference space
- 2 x spacious meeting rooms
- 1 x break out area
- Fully stocked bar (available on request) with draught beer and cider available, along with non-alcoholic options & wine menu
- Catering (included with delegate rate)
- Tea & Coffee included
At Asahi House we also have 2 brand new meeting rooms, seating up to 14 people in each. These are available to hire as a full day or half day with the option to add catering as required.
Each room seats up to 14 people in Boardroom style, it has a screen connected via HDMI so you can present to your team with ease.
Outside the room there is a break out area which can be used for tea/coffee or lunch breaks.
We have two meeting rooms available. We will never book a conference and meeting room at the same time to ensure that you have the space to yourself.

A fantastic and flexible space, perfect for conferences. We've hosted a range of events here, accommodating between 30 and 100 delegates. The team is incredibly helpful, and both the technology and catering are excellent.

We hosted one of our company leadership programmes at the training centre on the first floor of the Asahi UK offices and it was a fantastic experience. The room is spacious, includes separate meeting rooms for break-outs and a large space for catering. Tech set-up was perfect, we could use video, audio, MS Teams connection and we were constantly supported by the local team. The layout of the room was exactly as requested and there were plenty of different seating options, suitable for different moments of the day. Catering was also amazing and agreed in advance to take into consideration food needs and preferences. The staff was extremely helpful at all times and adjusted anything according to our needs, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the delivery of the programme. I would 100% recommend this facility and we will definitely use it again.
