£500 deposit required upon booking (refundable after the event on the basis the room has been cleaned and left in a satisfactory manner) Remaining £2500 due one month prior to event If you cancel more than 30 days prior to event, deposit is fully refundable If you cancel between 14 days and 29 days prior to the event, a 50% refund is given If you cancel between day of event and 14 days prior, no refund is provided unless we resell the space
