Embracing an East London industrial warehouse aesthetic, this space combines raw architectural elements with a chic, modern twist. This space offers a spacious environment with high ceilings, metal beams and an overall gritty charm. Additionally, the space is adaptable with a track of black drapes that run across three of the walls with can transform the space into complete blackout. Also included is a practical kitchenette, an upstairs mezzanine level and toilets.
It can be transformed to create an immersive setting for memorable events.

£500 deposit required upon booking (refundable after the event on the basis the room has been cleaned and left in a satisfactory manner) Remaining £2500 due one month prior to event If you cancel more than 30 days prior to event, deposit is fully refundable If you cancel between 14 days and 29 days prior to the event, a 50% refund is given If you cancel between day of event and 14 days prior, no refund is provided unless we resell the space
