Wonderful stay at this great little spot in Broadway. Came with my mom because she had to take in all the history, and we both loved it. Rooms are super cute and come with great amenities - lotion was super nice. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were quiet and warm. Breakfast in the morning was super filling. Great service. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Lygon Arms and could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Melissa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her support, organisation and attention to detail meant so much to us and we truly appreciate all the hard work she put in behind the scenes to make our day so special. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt completely looked after throughout the entire process. Oliver, our server for the evening, was phenomenal. Nothing was too much for him. He combined professionalism, warmth and attentiveness with a hilarious, full-of-personality charm. Just wow! Our guests were absolutely wowed and couldn’t stop talking about him. He genuinely made the evening even more memorable, adding so much to the atmosphere and ensuring everyone had an incredible experience. What a fantastic lad. Thank you to the entire team at the Lygon Arms for helping us create the most perfect day and such wonderful memories — we will treasure them forever.

My husband and I got married at the Lygon Arms last weekend and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Melissa was absolutely fantastic from the beginning of the planning process right up until the moment we left. We were originally going to decorate the champagne bar the night before but due to a last minute booking for that night we were unable to access it. Melissa did all the decoration herself on the morning of the wedding and brought our vision to life perfectly. It was just amazing! For our wedding reception, we had Oliver as our server. I just have no words to describe our experience with him. He was extremely professional, attentive, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making our evening as wonderful as possible. He is such a friendly man and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to have for the night. Our wedding day was memorable enough as it was but Oliver just topped it and made it even more memorable. He even saw us in the queue for breakfast the next morning and offered us a table in the quieter area where he was serving. Thank you so much to Oliver for being so incredible and adding to our perfect day! We’re planning to come back to the Lygon Arms for our 1 year anniversary and really hope to see Oliver and Melissa again!

Gorgeous 14th century coaching house. We didn't stay this time hence no stars for room. Large building with many nooks and crannies. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming. We had dinner here in the evening and a coffee at lunchtime. Food was lovely but not very hot. We ate in the champagne bar which was less noisy, so happy about that. Service was great. We would definitely come back and highly recommended this place.

I visited The Lygon Arms in Broadway for a birthday drink and was genuinely shocked by the pricing. £63 for two drinks and a bottle of water is indefensible. £25 for a large glass of red wine is not “premium” — it’s excessive. There was nothing about the service, presentation, or overall experience that justified those figures. Yes, the building is attractive and the setting charming, but pricing at this level feels opportunistic rather than reflective of quality. It completely undermined what should have been a pleasant celebration and left us feeling taken advantage of. A venue can be luxurious without being unreasonable. Sadly, this crossed that line.
