About Venue
Tucked away in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club offers more than just a championship golf course – it’s fast becoming a go-to venue for local businesses looking for something different. Whether you're planning a team away day, board meeting, client lunch, or a large-scale conference, The Vale brings a refreshing change from city-centre venues, all with a backdrop that’s hard to beat.
Our flexible event spaces cater to both small and large groups, with private rooms overlooking the lake and plenty of natural light to keep energy levels high. The boardroom is a popular choice for local businesses without a permanent office space, while our larger function suite suits product launches, training days, and corporate dinners.
We understand that events need more than just a room – they need to run smoothly. That’s why our in-house team works closely with you from the first enquiry to the final farewell. Add-ons like AV support, catering, breakout areas, and even post-meeting golf options help make your event feel more like an experience than a box-ticking exercise.
With plenty of on-site parking, peaceful surroundings, and a team who genuinely care about getting it right, The Vale is ideal for businesses within a 15-mile radius looking to impress clients or bring teams together. We also offer tailored packages for business lunches, evening dinners, and networking events, all designed to suit different budgets and styles. Whether you’re building client relationships, re-energising your team, or launching something new, The Vale makes the process simple, professional, and just a little more memorable. It's not just about meeting – it's about making it matter.

My son and daughter in law celebrated their marriage at The Vale on Friday 22nd August. I couldn’t fault the location, service and quality of food. The general ambiance of the whole venue added to the day’s celebrations. Will, in particular, stood out as an excellent event organiser and should be commended for his top notch service and facilitation skills. Luke, as the wedding breakfast MC, was also excellent. The bar and catering staff were also great! Well done, all!

Stayed in a lodge (the detached no 9) whilst visiting the area. Not a golf trip. The Lodge was fantastic. The golf clubhouse was good but had quite a limited menu at the time of our stay (no big problem for us though). The lodge itself was a great and in a very tranquil setting. Only fault was no fridge as advertised but reception informed us this was a temporary situation.

Had a lovely stay at The Vale. We were in the area for a family wedding and had almost all the cabins booked. Lovely place, lots of parking, 1.5 golf courses. Cute spacious cabins with outdoor space overlooking a lovely pond. Breakfast was an added extra for us but was reasonable and tasty!

We stayed here as a family, as a way to break up a long journey. We could have stayed for longer and will stay here again. It is a Golf club with lodges, so don't expect round the clock reception services but that's fine for a quiet, remote stay. Plan an evening meal ahead of time as food stops being served earlier too. Lovely location, excellent staff service, including one guy who was constantly running around the bar and restaurant serving people. Food is very reasonably priced, great quality and our room was upgraded after an initial booking issue via a third party site. Check in closes at 7pm so contact the team if you require a later check in. A hidden gem.

I booked a one-night in a double lakeview cabin with a spa bath and breakfast as a relaxing escape, and it exceeded all expectations. The cabin was cozy and well-appointed, with a stunning view overlooking the lake—with ducks swimming by, which added such a charming touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Next time will try golf too. Highly recommended it.
