We booked the Lazy Sunday deal with breakfast, dinner, 1 night stay with spa/leisure facility access and we loved every second. Every inch of the hotel smelt and looked spotlessly clean, the service from every staff member was top notch and the spa was lovely! The food was some of the best food I’ve had!❤️ we thought with this being a deal that they may skimp on the quality of the food, but the quality was amazing and better than most restaurants we have been to! We would love to come back soon.

A very quiet, cozy hotel in a picturesque location. We've been here twice already and were pleased with the hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful time. Regarding the spa, I can say they have a wonderful pool with loungers and a good selection of steam rooms and jacuzzis, but there are some downsides. The first is that the tiles in the steam room area are very moldy, and the outdoor jacuzzi sometimes doesn't keep it warm enough inside. The reception staff at the spa isn't always friendly and doesn't accommodate guests.

I have been to this hotel many times over the past 3 years and always had a pleasant stay and amazing time. This is a gem of a hotel with stunning views all year round. Watching the sunset from the hydrapool is absolutely picture perfect and makes my stay so worthwhile every time . Staff are very friendly and professional. Always ready to help especially deputy manager Mohammed.. so very polite, kind, caring and considerate to not just myself but other guests also. Mohammeds hospitality was one of the reasons I always make Norton Grange Hotel my first choice as I know we will always be warmly welcomed. Breakfast was good, Carol was amazing and a bundle of joy , very bubbly even first thing in the morning and her positive attitude always makes your day more enjoyable. Atif the manager was also very lovely and helpful I will always recommend this hotel to family and friends as it accommodates for all your needs, rooms are clean and spacious and very well heated.

Absolute fantastic. Stayed for 1 night and had dinner, breakfast and spa facility use. Parag at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with all enquiries as were the spa staff at explaining the facilities. Really comfortable room, tasty food and very nice atmosphere. The location is lovely too with a canal walk nearby and rolling scenery... you forget that your on the outskirts of manchester

This hotel was booked for our anniversary . Check in was fine but when we arrived to our room, I could smell vomit. There was a dirty/crusty residue on the desk above where the smell was coming from and the floor was still wet and smelt bad. My partner told the manager but he said there were no other rooms as they were fully booked. We were reassured that housekeeping would clean the room while we enjoyed our evening. We went back to to the room to get something 2 hours later and the smell was still present. The housekeeper arrived just after us to clean the carpet and desk. She wiped the dirt from the top of the desk and sprayed something from a bottle on the carpet and wiped it will a hotel towel. I didn't think that was very thorough but hoped at least it would remove the ackrid smell of vomit. We were far from home and were at the hotel for the tribute night so we thought we could put up with the room for one night. When we returned to the room at around midnight, we were greeted with the mixture of chemical cleaning products with underlying vomit smell. We had no choice but to ask for a refund and leave. In addition to the vomit smell, wet carpet and dirty desk surface, the scatter cushion on the bed was soiled, as was the throw over the bottom of the bed. The member of staff that came to the room said she would have a word with housekeeping and agreed these dirty items shouldn't have been on the bed. The staff that came up after the carpet was cleaned all said they couldn't smell the vomit, only the cleaning products used on the floor. This is a dirty hotel with poor standards and I would advise customers that if they have to stay in this hotel, please take your own towels. I thought it wasn't very hygienic that the carpet was being cleaned with a towel that guest would use and also shockingly, when I was downstairs in the toilets near reception, the toilet floor in one of the cubicles was being sprayed and wiped using the same spray and type of guest towel that our carpet was cleaned with. I honestly have never experienced anything like this at any other hotel. Hopefully the owners of this hotel with invest in a proper carpet cleaner and some mops for the toilets. An anniversary to remember for all the wrong reasons.
