Went for a spa day with a friend, we had a massage and facial with Tammy and Ruby, they were so lovely and personable and the treatments were excellent. We both felt so relaxed for the rest of the day. All of the staff we met were so nice and being midweek it was fairly quiet in the facilities. Will definitely be back as we had a great day.

Carol K was by far the best member of staff at the Mecure Hotel. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made us feel welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude really stood out and made our stay so much better. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Carol!

Went for a spa day with a friend, had use of the spa and leisure facilities and two treatments. The spa facilities are brilliant. Nice and clean with different steam rooms / saunas to try, as well as the jacuzzi pool and swimming pool. Diane was the lady who gave the back, neck and shoulder massage as well as the facial, and she was fantastic. The dining room with hot and cold beverages available was lovely and the whole place has a really modern and good feel about it. I would recommend and will definitely be going again!

Had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel and Spa! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The spa facilities were excellent and made for such a relaxing break. A special shoutout to Tammy for an absolutely fabulous massage — she was so welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend 😊

booked an 85-minute spa treatment costing £125, expecting a relaxing and professional experience. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. The treatment started with the air conditioning blowing into the room. I politely asked for it to be turned off because I was cold, but nothing was done. Once I was on the massage bed, I asked again if the room could be warmed up, as I was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. It was only after speaking to two managers that the air conditioning was eventually turned off, but by then I was already too cold to relax or enjoy the treatment. I have lupus, and being exposed to the cold can leave me in significant pain and discomfort. I have since been left with a headache, I'm still freezing, and I feel far worse than when I arrived. A spa should be a place where guests leave feeling relaxed and cared for, not unwell. I was also informed that, despite paying for an 85-minute treatment, the massage would actually be around 60–75 minutes because of the turnaround between appointments. That is not what was advertised or what I paid for. During the massage itself, there were also periods where the therapist was not actively massaging me, making the treatment feel even shorter. For £125, I expected much better. The lack of attention to my comfort, the reduced treatment time and the overall experience were extremely disappointing. Sadly, I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience.
