The Cross Keys, Exclusive Hire

First time having a roast here and it was honestly one of the best we’ve had in the area. Staff were welcoming attentive and friendly. Food came out hot, so much meat on both our plates and a great selection of veg on the plate and a side of real home made quality cauliflower cheese. We’ve had quite a few roasts around the area now and hand on heart The Cross Keys is up there at the top. Great location too at the top of a little high street to wander along.

We had a private function in the small barn at the back of the pub last night! Fantastic set up and well organised by Alberto who kindly arranged the food we had requested. Also a huge shout out particularly to Sebastian who was our personal barman who took orders for all our guests! He worked tirelessly, ensuring everyone got their drinks brought to them in the barn! Also to the other staff who were very helpful! For anyone wanting an intimate venue, this was a superb option and would absolutely recommend it! Thank you again!

Just had an incredible meal at The Cross Keys and it absolutely deserves 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The new smokehouse menu is fantastic — we tried the brisket and the ribs, and both were cooked to perfection. The brisket was tender and full of flavour, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. Service was outstanding - The team were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. If you’re anywhere near Great Missenden, this place is an absolute must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
