Nice rooms and nice hotel. Nice breakfast with good choices. Dinner menu needs to be looked at. Needs fresh veg, New potatoes ,Fresh fish , it all seems to be quick convenience food. Also maybe a daily specials board for those of us who have to stop weekly for business.

We booked an afternoon tea, to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. We were welcomed by Peter and Wendy who were really friendly, yet very professional. The food was really fresh and very tasty, and we were told if we needed any more just to ask. There was plenty for us both and we actually brought some of the cakes home with us. The service, food and the whole experience was outstanding. Thank you for making our day even more special. We will certainly recommend you to all of our family and friends, and will definitely visit you again ourselves.

Great hotel. Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. All the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Ideal location to Oxford as the buses are responsibly priced, very frequent and always on time. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Oxford in the future.

Honestly the loveliest place to stay nice and close to town with plenty of parking. Took my wife to stay here for her birthday and couldn't fault a thing! Extremely clean, very lovely staff with a warm welcome soon as we got there, food was fantastic as we had dinner here too. Couldn't fault the room in the lovely Elm House at the top of the grounds, room was clean spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I stayed here Saturday night for a party in the town centre. WOWZERS, what a place, I LOVED it. The rooms were fabulous. Querky, spotlessly clean, fantastic bed which was just so comfortable, everything you could want. I would come and stay here anyway. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough for you, Its a great location, short trip into Oxford, It was just great.
