Excellent service, lovely breakfast and great location. Very nice and clean rooms. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Only negative for us was the beds were very firm.

I have for some time always been intrigued by this particular hotel. I whisked my Wife away for a night and was not disappointed at all. From checking in to checking out, it was suxh an amazing experience. The staff were very attentive, the suite itself, (executive suite) did not disappoint. It was one of the cleanest, spacious hotel suites we have stayed in! The decor and interior design was very modern and pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Definitely one we will be staying at in the future. I can't recommend it enough

We were upgraded to executive suite although check in wasn't til 2 o clock we were given our room at 8 o clock that morning which was great. Room was nice and clean and was quiet even as hotel seemed full. Breakfast was lovely there's something there for everyone. Would definitely go back.

Best hotel In Liverpool. Absolutely amazing staff who are so lovely and helpful. Got put in suite for no extra charge and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Prices are amazing for the hotel as it is life of luxury there. Thank you to the guy who booked us in you were lovely and made us feel comfortable

Bless the duty manager Dan. He has been the most attentive and caring person ever. You are very lucky to have him , he needs a promotion and pay rise.😊😊😊 Dan is the best reason to come back again. Such a lovely person.
