Been to this amazing establishment twice now and have never been disappointed. The food for starters *excuse the pun* is amazing, everything we ordered was perfectly prepared, especially the truffle mashed potatoes (I honestly could eat that by the bucket load). We were seated immediately and both times our waitresses were so attentive and extremely friendly. When my partner asked our waitress which wine she suggested for his main dish, which was a lovely Kent white wine in the end, she simply gave us her genuine opinion. We never felt like we were being pushed to pay for the more expensive items on the menu simply because they were more expensive. When my dessert arrived and my boyfriends dessert came not even 3 minutes later, they apologised for the delay and gave us his dessert for free. It wasn't something that was needed for only a 3 minute delay but it was a lovely gesture. Then at the end of the night we asked her about the Apollo sitting at the other end of the room. She asked if we would like to sit in it and she can take our photo, my mother was so giddy sitting in this amazing Apollo creation which completely made our night. Definitely will be back!

Slowest service experience I received. I would have expected the fastest service since am a good follower to hell's kitchen but seems its all in the shows he does not really practice it himself. Food in itself is the best I ever taste but not keen to wait for over an hour to have my food and almost half an hour for the starters. The staff as well if by chance you ask them for something they will never come back to you unless it is the appointed waiter looking after you. Food Experience the best Service the 1/5. A good restaurant should have both and not only one of those specially when Gordon Ramseys focuses so much on service delivery

A unique dining experience at Bread Street Kitchen eating in Apollo space pod. The pod itself looks amazing inside and out. The service was fantastic with attentive and friendly staff. After being seated we were informed of what food we would be getting over the next couple of hours. In total there were four stages of food all amazing. So much food we were full and unable to finish every dish. The negroni cocktail we had was also very nice. Overall a fantastic afternoon and a great treat for a special occasion or if you want to experience something different. For what you get it was exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

Always a safe choice for breakfast/brunch • Food: very good. Went for the veggie option. • Location: excellent, near St. Paul’s and very easy booking through their website. • Service: Vanessa was outstanding! Really attentive, friendly, and tried to speak our language! Such a pro! • Overall: value for money can be better but great experience. Tip: after your visit, go to the One New Change rooftop (take the elevator) for an amazing view of St. Paul’s Cathedral and London (free of charge)

Staff are fantastic and the decor is nice, but to have only ONE option as a vegan main is poor - and it was horrid. A giant, undercooked aubergine in an oddly-spiced and very sweet glaze - I ordered a few sides instead to avoid going hungry, which were fine. Absolutely adequate for corporate events but not somewhere I could recommend for a meal out if you can avoid it.
