February 2024Stayed here and I would definitely come back again. All the staff were friendly and welcoming especially William he was so helpful. The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfy. Can’t wait to come back again and enjoy the lovely breakfast

February 2024Close enough to the Trafford Centre. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Good room rate. Check-in was polite, friendly, and swift.Meal was hot tasty and served up without too much waiting. Room clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Coffee / tea can be made in the room. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was very good. There is plenty of selection cooked and / or continental. It was hot and fresh. The coffee machine was ok, not great. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

February 2024Ideally located. But on arrival our sink was blocked and had to be plunged. The Hair dryer was faulty. The Stella Artois beer on tap was flat on both nights of our stay.
