February 2024Just wanted to say how excellent the hotel management and staff were in supporting a charity boxing night on Friday last week. With 200 dining guests, 12 bouts of boxing and a few drinks to be served, the whole event went without a glitch. Great job, well done, and hopefully there'll be a repeat next year!

March 2024Just returned from a superb stay at Crowne Plaza Marlow. We were all made to feel so very welcomed by all members of staff, from housekeeping to management. Everyone is friendly and informative. You feel they enjoy their jobs and helping others. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious. Location is perfect for so many areas to visit. We will certainly return and tell friends and family. Thank you to all at Crowne Plaza MARLOW for making a birthday break extra special for my partner.

February 2024We had a great spa package weekend :) We paid £30 extra each to have an upgrade to a 50 minute treatment which was absolutely worth it. My therapist named Rubeuilde gave me a wonderful massage using hot stones which was unexpected! Weirdly my partner did not get the same treatment in his 50 min massage even though we paid the same price for the upgrade - I do not know the name of his therapist. The reception staff are always available, smiling and helpful. Shout out to Karim the wonderful French man! The ambiance around the hotel is lovely and relaxing. The Indian food on the menu was delicious, with good vegan options too. There was a strange moment where our waiter for the evening disappeared for about 15 minutes so we had to chase someone for our order but other than that the service overall was great. We asked for vegan sausages at breakfast time which they provided. The weekend spa was great however from 3pm the spa got really busy and it's not the biggest, so do get in there early if you can! Would highly recommend this hotel and spa and look forward to coming again!

January 2024Karim is an absolute gem, don't let him go. Such fantastic service. Great recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was OK except the sausages, not sure why they tasted so bad. Beautiful pool and spa area, very spacious pool. Plenty of parking around the hotel and it sits in a relatively quiet place despite being close to a business park. You can walk into Marlow which is about a 20 minute walk. Fantastic views over the Thames from the bar/restaurant. Platinum status was acknowledged, but there was no upgrade, despite it being quite empty. We would still recommend and happy to come back soon.

January 2024Wow we have had the most unexpected lovely stay using our virgin experience voucher. We’ve only travelled 10 miles for a kid free 24 hours but we’ve really had the nicest breast. Karim on reception was so warm, welcoming and helpful and put us in a good mood straight away. The room was spotless l, quiet and large with all the amenities we needed. In the evening we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar. We then had a delicious dinner served by such a lovely man, (Mohi). The steak was cooked so perfectly and the whole meal really surprised us. After a very good night sleep in the comfortable bed we had a wonderful plentiful breakfast overlooking the pretty lake. All in all we will be doing this more often. Such a delight.
