    There is a huge car park just behind the building. The friendly and helpful staff greet you and there is a delightful private coffee shop/bar where the coffee is great and the prices low.

    Exchange House offer very proffesional services along with a very welcoming atmosphere. Kind and friendly staff with great facilities along with a stylish coffee/lounge bar and great menu choice of food/ drinks. Exchange House has a good range of conference rooms with all the Tech needed to run presentations/ meetings.

    We have been in the building for around 2 years and the staff have always been really helpful and attentive. Any issues have been addressed promptly and they seem to be working to upgrade the facilities regularly. Some of the areas in the building still need some attention but they seem to be working hard to get this done. Great coffee served in the café, couldnt last the day without it.
