Had a lovely short stay, we only stayed for one night but staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious, with fantastic views! We ordered room service and the food was delicious. The breakfast was definitely the best I've ever had in a hotel, so much selection and everything we tried was great! My only complaint is that I was told I couldn't take water into the leisure facilities which is quite dangerous, especially if people are using the sauna, so maybe the rules on this can be changed. The changing rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but the pool itself was lovely.

Brilliant, nice clean airy room, swimming pool was lovely and relaxing, great breakfast, such a good location for everything. Only downsides were the fold out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable extra bed and poor dad had to sleep on it! Majority of staff were super friendly and helpful

Craig was super helpful when checking us in. Came for a bonus break and couldn’t fault one bit of the hotel. Also the lady on reception when we checked in and checked out unsure of her name but she was lovely, very smiley and welcoming and made sure we were able to leave bags both times. The hotel’s facilities are clean and at an excellent standard. Craig was helpful with information we asked for and even extra recommendations. Everything was great from start to finish and made our trip to Edinburgh a lovely experience.

We had a great time spent here in Novotel Edinburgh Centre. The staff were all so lovely. The room was nice and family friendly. So many good amenities. The Tap Bar was really2 good and very delicious foods and drinks. We’ll surely come back again.

Hotel is in a good location for the city. Rooms were clean and tidy, bed comfy. Bar staff were great, large selection of whisky and gin. Didn't use pool or sauna but great to have them available. Recommend it as great value for money.
