February 2024Went for a 24 hour spa break, this is a privilege room with any amenity you could need. Spacious, comfortable bed and easy to navigate the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

February 2024Came for overnight stay 2 wks ago. Not sure if staff shortage in dining area, but mix up with food on couple of tables, my meal given to someone else and quite a delay. The waiter did not seem to know what he was doing. Lady server called Nikki was extremely helpful and managed to rectify the whole issues and gave us a free glass of wine.I am really happy with her attentiveness and sincere apologies. Overall, a lovely stay.
