AMAZING super easy and user-friendly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This establishment is great if you're camera-shy but need photos taken for graduations headshots etc! Will definitely come back again

“HAVE NO FEAR, ALAN IS HERE…” 🦾 Shoutout to OG OWNER ALAN for saving my birthday and coming through with an AMAZING customer service recovery! Oh if you have ANY problems or concerns, please believe Alan is going to call you! He cares and he does not want one customer to have a bad experience. He was even willing to open the store just for me to accommodate the issues 🥹 and help me recover my birthday plans…. talk about top tier service! It really was the thought of the owner coming to open the store just to fix my birthday photos.. that really did it for me. It’s the thought that counts, extra in my case. Thank you Alan! You’re the real MVP 🦾

We did today our photoshoot at the studio and it was amazing. The vibe of the place is really cool and relaxed. The shooter was easy to use and with the 50 min session we even did a change of clothing. The space has a space to do your makeup and plenty of mirrors. We will come back soon!

Absolutely love this place! I Recently visited Foto lab studios in 29th street Manhattan. My experience was 10 out of 10! From the moment you walk in , the customer service is great! We got there a bit early but was welcomed in right away. The space is spacious & clean . Even the bathroom was clean & tidy! They have two rooms for you to do your photo shoot in, complete with everything you need, props included. They also make it super easy for you to take care of it by yourself. With a touch of a button , that easy! I was so impressed ! It’s 20minutes & for an extra 15 minutes only 30$! Time just seems to fly by when you are enjoying yourself!! So it’s a great option! I definitely felt like a Barbie!!! Overall the cost was 80$ & it was worth it!! You get two prints at the end, & they are doing a promotion right now where you leave a google review & they’ll email you the photos. Check them out on your next NYC trip!! Definitely Recommend!!

I love taking professional pictures but sometimes it’s hard finding a professional i like and that’s affordable. I heard about Fotolab from Instagram and decided to book a session. It was great! Their studio is well located, clean, the staff is super helpful and the whole process is so smooth! I also love the prices and that we can get the photos printed and in digital format. I’ll definitely be coming back!
