With 12 oversized southeast-facing windows and 12-foot ceilings, it’s filled with natural light throughout the day and offers a clean, minimalist layout that can flex to suit different creative setups. The room features an open lounge area, seamless backdrop options, and a private restroom and kitchenette, all in one self-contained unit.

Everything is ready to go when you arrive from lighting gear and furniture to monitors and speaker systems. Whether you're working with a small crew or running a solo session, this space is built for fast setup, easy access, and creative focus.
