Very nice welcome at check in. Straightforward and quick. We enjoyed breakfast and the rooms were cleaned very well. Check out was pleasant and done in few. All around very nice staff (especially the front desk clerks at my check in and check out)

Erida at the bar made delicious cocktails and great food recommendations! Rooms were nice and clean, but wish the A/C would get cooler. Nice location, but my first time in London. Would like to be closer to an underground train station next time.

We stayed overnight, lovely rooms, had drinks in the bar, very grateful for the excellent service from erida and Anandu who took the very best care of us. True professionals and so friendly, really made our visit. We will definitely be back. Super experience 5 stars all the way! Cocktails were awesome 😍

We had a great short stay in the hotel in the middle of July..We booked a few months prior our arrival to get good value for our money. Although it’s London do not expect to be cheap . It is located within walking distance to Big Ben, London eye, the aquarium and more. The hotel is clean, tidy quiet and offers great service. Rooms are big enough for 2 adults and 2 children (our children’s age -14 and 10). They cleaned every day and changed the towels. There was a problem with our toilet it was my child fault but they resolved it immediately without complaining, also they’d charged more for one of the child and refund us the amount. Breakfast is not the best however for short it’s perfect,it’s like eggs ,sausages, not big variety of fruits, some vegetables. Staff were very polite, caring and professional. Unfortunately some of the guests were acting rude like putting shoes on the table in the lobby so guys please respect the country and culture you visit. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable. Definitely recommend and we would come back ♥️ Note: I didn’t take proper photos of the hotel so pictures :)

We booked a Superior Room with Queen-size bed and twin convertible sofa, 2 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 11 for 5 nights. The room was not large, but accommodated our needs and nice. Especially the sofabed was actually good to sleep in, we have tried much worse. There is filtered water in the hallways which is also nice. Although the one on our floor was out of order. The hallways/corridors are a bit tired looking with the wallpaper damaged. But there is no funky smell 😁 The service is very good. It seems the staff really likes working here and this rubs of the atmosphere. They are quick to accommodate your need. Location is good. Big Ben is just around the corner. Public transport is good, with buses just outside the hotel and the Lambeth North Station 10 min walk and 15 min to Waterloo Station. Overall we have been very satisfied as a family with teenage kids touring London
