It was honestly one of the best experiences I had while staying in London. The staff was nice and the rooms where well maintained (to an extent). We felt like it was truly a « London » experience for most since all transport services were near and I do recommend if you take a suite or anything but a regular room !

One of the best hotel experience of my life. People will complain about ANYTHING these days and humans are becoming harder and harder to please. Seriously, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was beautiful, the hotel rooms were so classic and has almost a royal feel to them. This hotel is nothing short of authentic and gives you that classic London feeling. 100% Reccommend!

I didn't stay at this hotel, I just had afternoon tea for two that I bought from Groupon. The space was really nice and service good, but other than that it was frankly the worst afternoon tea I ever had. The scones were clearly cheap ones from the supermarket and microwaved, there wasn't any variety for the sandwiches, basic ham and cheese, cucumber and cheese and sth with eggplant that didn't taste good, and the sweets were laughable: there were 3 tiny bite-size sweets, 4 tiny biscuits (literally 2x2cm) and two equally small macarons, all of average to poor taste. I did expect more from a distinguished hotel situated in Little Venice, however I gave had better afternoon tea at my local pub...

Dreadful hotel! How is it possibly 4 star? Stayed on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn't working, not a good start. We booked a "Club Room", it's supposed to be an upgrade of the "Classic Room". However the room is tired with dilapidated furniture. Some fixtures and fittings are broken or missing. Front door hinges are shot, bathroom door drags on the floor and some wiring is looks terrible. £135 per night in London isn't too bad, but not for this hotel.
