February 2024We had a great 2 nights stay at the Crown Plaza. All the staff were great and welcoming. Made use of the Spa which was very nice. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from. Had a meal in the restaurant which we felt was brilliant, food was delicious and the staff were outstanding with their service. Would definitely go again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

February 2024The spa is brilliant. Properly clean and everything works, showers etc, unlike many another UK hotel spa Ive visited. Pool and sauna etiquette was observed and I was offered water on arrival at the desk. I put it all down to Kerry, the spa supervisor who with her staff clearly work hard and they’ve nailed it. Well done guys and thank you.

February 2024My husband and I had a wonderful spa break at Crowne Plaza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Our room was lovely The Esprit Spa facilities were great. We both enjoyed time in the gym, sauna, steam room, large pool and also enjoyed a massage each. Evening dinner at the Caprice restaurant was amazing. Meat cooked to perfection. Breakfast was equally delicious. Every member of staff we spoke to were very polite and fully able to assist us when we asked. Nothing seemed too much trouble . Thanks for a lovely relaxing break.

January 2024Booked a lunch and spa (4hrs) experience for 2. Hotel in business park. Free parking was easy to access. Reception staff polite and helpful, they log your car number and you get 6hrs parking. Both of us had really nice starters and mains at the restaurant ( with this experience we paid for the drinks). Staff very helpful and polite. Went into spa where towel and robe each provided. Offered free flavoured water as we went into spa, you can request free refills. Again staff are polite and helpful. Had no spa treatments but very peaceful in pool area except for a brief period with a noisy, but pleasant, group. There is a large window at one end. There was a steam room (too hot for me) and a Sauna. Extra drinks etc(you pay for these) can be ordered at reception and are brought to the poolside. There are lockers for kit in the ladies changing rooms and a wash room with basins, 3 loo's and 3 showers. Did not check for hairdryers as did not need these. We had a pleasant relaxing afternoon.
