We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a SPA weekend. I had a 2 hour massage given by Elaine. She was amazing, knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease. She mix and matched me 2 hour with a hot stone full body massage, facial treatment and head message. She took time to ensure the pressure she used was ok and was professional, kind and courteous. Thank you so much for an amazing 2 hour massage and making me sooo relaxed that I ended up snoring. I would highly recommend Elaine.

The room was very good and comfortable. It was large, clean, and equipped with all the required facilities. The air conditioning was working very well as well. We arrived late, around 12:15 am, so the restaurant was already closed. According to their website, there was supposed to be an all-day room service menu. However, when we tried to order, they didn’t have most of the items listed and offered only pizza. Additionally, the TV remote wasn’t working. I informed the room service staff member who delivered the food, and he took the remote to fix it but never brought it back. I also think the hotel needs to improve its 24-hour front desk service to better meet guests’ expectations at night. Despite these small issues, our stay was very good and pleasant overall. It’s a recommended place. I did have a chance to have dinner at the hotel restaurant as well, and all the dishes were very delicious. They were kind enough to offer a late check-out as well, which was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this very modern hotel outside Reading. The first thing to mention is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Then the very high level of cleanliness which extended from the rooms and into the spa. And they provide an extensive delicious breakfast. All in all excellent value And a very enjoyable stay

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day, particularly the spa; pool, sauna and steam room; and the restaurant meal. A few things for potential improvement: The gym seemed like it could do with a bit of tlc There weren’t any private changing spaces in the gents changing room (although after discovering a disabled changing room I found this one perfectly adequate). The lockers in the gents changing room were too small for my bag (but again was rectified through moving to the disabled changing room). To end on a really high positive, I was really touched and valued with the care the restaurant staff had for my dietary requirements. I’ve never had this before at any restaurant I have dined with previously. I even mentioned to my girlfriend during the meal that this should be mandatory across all restaurants and eateries.

Very quiet and clean hotel. Reasonable room rate and decent facilities. Not the largest room in the world but there were 3 of us in there. Breakfast was a highlight - lots of choice and very good quality options. Bar meals were better than expected too. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Location was great for us and it is about 20 mins to get to central Reading.
