A private hire event, organized by 49era, the place was full to capacity, yet all the staff remained courteous and efficient, the beer was reasonably priced for London and tasted fresh and the food was stunning a faultless evening where this venue is concerned. Recommended.

Attended the venue for the american football private event and the bar staff were excellent, despite it being very busy they were very efficient and I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be served. They even let me have a sample of a lager before buying a pint. Great venue for the event with plenty of screens to watch the game and plenty of seating or standing space available. Didn't have any food at the venue as I ate elsewhere beforehand but from what I saw it looked very nice. The door staff were also very friendly and approachable.

My wife and I went there for an organised watch party at the weekend and considering how busy it was, the staff were exceptional throughout. All smiling and handling the occasion with consumate professionalism. We never waited more than a few minutes to get served even though the venhe was at capacity. The door staff were additionally impeccable and engaging which is quite a step change to most places and were just as much a credit as the bar staff. Brilliant venue, great layout top quality bar food and best of all incredible staff.

Newly opened branch by Tower 42. Even though it was their soft launch week, I was still impressed with the service and food. We were nearly done with the main course and I was checking out the steak, commenting on how perfectly medium-rare it was cooked, but my friend had ordered it to be medium. As we said this, the manager appeared and apologised for the steak being medium-rare instead of medium, and then offered us free desserts! That's what I call service! He was either psychic or just has an incredible eye for detail. 50% off plus free dessert, I'm not going to complain... Steak should be cooked medium-rare anyway 😋 Wheelchair access ✔️. Step-free entrance and accessible toilets which are upstairs, but there is a lift. Food was packed full of flavour so I'm definitely coming back, especially since they do a bottomless dinner menu.

We were having a good evening here until a drink spilled when the waitress was handing out our drinks (mistakes absolutely happen). Two people were soaked but were quickly handed paper towels to clear up the mess. The waitress offered replacement drinks straight away, but after 10 minutes came back with the card machine, saying the bar manager insisted we had to pay for them (why offer them?). This felt very mean-spirited and went against the replacement drinks we were offered.
