Great location. Right in the mailbox, short walk from Brindley place and Broad Street. 5 min walk from bullring and new street station. Room lovely, we were missing a remote for TV, but once mentioned they brought one up straight away.

Very nice hotel at a great location. There were a few small issues which I wouldn't expect given the price and the luxury nature of the hotel. The bedsheet was tucked under more than a foot on one side of the bed but didn't even reach the side of the mattress on the other. We had to remake the bed which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was nice but the portions for the cooked breakfast were limited. The plate looked a little bare with one fried egg, one sausage, and only two croquettes (each the size of a postage stamp). If I'd have gone somewhere else for breakfast and paid £18 I wouldn't have been impressed, but it was convenient being in the same building. The service was also lacking at breakfast. The server who delivered the breakfast put them on the table and walked off without a word or even a pause. Trying to catch the eye of a waitress for sauces, additional milk, and sugar was very hard work as everyone was walking around as if they had blinkers on. In the end we found a table who had left and pinched their sugar but I didn't feel this should have been necessary.

Have stayed in many hotels but have to say Malmaison is one of the best. Great food, really really tasty A La Cart menu, great service. The room was really special. I would highly recommend this hotel in the Mailbox Birmingham 10/10

I stayed last night with my friend celebrating a special birthday. We booked the girls night package and every was fabulous! Our SPA treatments were wonderful and we felt ao relaxed after. Will definitely get longer/more treatments next time. The food was perfect! Fantastic service cocktails were delicious and the dessert was heaven. Exactly the same for breakfast and so much to eat and again the service was lovely! The room was impressive, great view of Birmingham City Centre and impeccably clean! From the comfy beds to lovely shower everything was just on point! I will absolutely be recommending the Malmaison to my friends and family and we will be back. Thank you

Malmaison Birmingham is our 'go to' hotel every time we come to Birmingham which is usually every month. We find a warm welcome and the terrific facilities are always the reason to return. I must also commend the front desk, always the first impression and your team, especially, recently, Zoe who is a credit to your Company with her smiling professional demeanour.
