Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, Goodacre Suite

Our first impression was really good. Thanks for Luna to help and being so kind and patient during the check in process. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the first day where Mauricio was nice, talkative and provided a professional service. The cocktail from Ramone was amazing. If you want to have everything plug and play, just go and enjoy this Hotel’s service. The hotel smells very nice when you enter the lobby. Rooms are old but a kind of well kept in a view of a Holiday Inn. So we can say, the staff is doing the extra mile for our pleasant stay. Thank you for having us! 🌸🍸😎

Alexandrina, the supervisor of the food and beverage team, was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our visit. Her outstanding service made our evening at the hotel bar truly memorable. She consistently ensured everything was perfect, checking in on us regularly and addressing all our needs with a smile. Her delightful presence created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, team members Shrian worked exceptionally hard, contributing to the overall excellent experience with his attentive and friendly service.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Definitely will stay again. Great location, walking distance from shops and tube station. Food is fantastic also, very fresh and healthy. Clean rooms, very efficient housekeeping personnel. Special mention for them, they were so good, emaculate, and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, go book yourself a nice trip in London and stay here!!
