Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, Booker Suite

The Holiday Inn has better service and atmosphere than some 5 star class hotels. Many attentive staff even if they saw us struggling from the side with the rental umbrellas they helped us figure it out. Both receptions that got us all checked in and took our bags were extremely sweet, unfortunately we caught only one of their names Christina. Later we ordered some room service and Mr. Ramone is one if the most exceptional workers we have met. Very sweet and attentive, overall 10/10 for the whole stay. The room at first seemed small but the space has been used perfectly and everything is very clean and organised. Would love to come back🥰

I recently visited this restaurant and had an incredible experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff( Presence, Kazi and Parth) made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish showed real care and skill. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything ran smoothly throughout my meal. A special mention goes to my presence, whose professionalism and friendly attitude made the visit even better. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I left completely satisfied and excited to return. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and great service.

We love this hotel!! Stayed a year ago and then back for the remodel The renovations are fantastic. Massive impressive upgrades New restaurant, lobby and breakfast area Sleek clean and modern with a city sophistication vibe. The location couldn’t be better for us Walking distance to so much from museums, shows shops & cafes Also close to quieter streets and less crowded city parks. Especially appreciated the helpful suggestions from the front desk and our very cheery breakfast server Lita. The entire staff were all very warm and friendly
