Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, Turner Suite

I’m working in London for 2 days & on arrival I was told that my booking had been cancelled - not by the hotel but by the travel company CWT. I cannot thank Jason & John Paul enough as they helped me re-book my room through the travel partner my company use & even gave an upgrade. Their care, compassion & service has been exemplary & they helped a stressed traveller with no questions asked. They even overhead us say that one of our party is gluten free & we we came back in later handed my friend gluten free snacks for her room. Simply, WOW! Thank you guys!

Min Chen and Christina were exceptionally kind and helpful — they made me feel warmly welcomed as a first-time visitor to London. They patiently answered all our questions and generously shared plenty of useful local tips for exploring the city. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit London.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn, and I must say, the experience was truly delightful. The hotel offers excellent service across the board and the clean and comfortable room. What really stood out during my stay was the outstanding service provided by one of the staff members, Aronank. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was their friendly attitude, attention to detail, or willingness to assist with any request, Aronank exemplified what great hospitality is all about. Thanks to the high level of service and professionalism, I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn location to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. 5/5 stars!
