Room had a very over powering smell, when I complained to reception they said they were fully booked when I explained it was like dried in urine they instantly found me an alternative room. Rooms are basic but do fine for a couple of nights sleep, beds were comfy. The highlight of the hotel has to be Ingrid who worked at the breakfast, she was funny, warm and welcoming.

Super friendly staff and security. We paid £40 for our room which I felt was a bargain! Great location for pubs and clubs, not what I would call a family hotel but great if your out in town. Basic clean rooms with basic supplies. Bedding was nice and soft and we slept well. We will definitely return. Thank you

Very clean and staff were friendly. Good security measure as need a room card to gain access to the lift and to get in at night. Bed was comfy and lovely shower. Perfect location for us

Clean and comfortable and ideally placed for shopping. I arrived early and was really impressed with the warm and friendly welcome I had from front of house team. It was a 5 star welcome.

We loved the meeitng room - some great equipment there. the food was also lovely! The only thing that wasn't so great for us is that we booked a number of rooms as well and the nights' sleep wasn't good at all due to the noise from the clubs!
